Returns: Return claims on stock orders are subject to inspection by Luca + Lex for the cause of the alleged defects and/or problems with the product(s) within 30 days of purchase. If approved, the return claim shall be limited to either a refund of the purchase price, or replacement of the items. Items must be in original packaging in new condition. Returns may be subject to shipping and 10% restocking fees. If after inspection by Luca + Lex, it is determined that the product has been installed and/or maintained in a manner that is not in compliance with the guidelines provided by Luca + Lex then no return will be accepted.
