As our B2B Sales Representative, you will…

 

  • Actively approach targeted business clients via phone, email, social networks, events, etc.
  • Research industry to identify target clients and prospective business leads
  • Communicate with prospects through calls, emails, etc., to assess their business needs and pitch luca + lex products
  • Plan and execute cold-outreach strategy to attract new leads to ultimately convert to business
  • Search for new leads via research, word of mouth, existing relationships, networking, etc.
  • Generate new business by means of cold calling, emailing, referrals, networking, etc.
  • Research, prospect, discover, pitch, negotiate, and convert leads to sales
  • Negotiate and close multiple sales deals to achieve a high revenue and meet sales goals
  • Prepare, facilitate, and deliver for presentations and stakeholders
  • Remain up-to-date on market trends and industry opportunities
  • Plan and execute sales strategy including market analysis, preparation, cold and warm outreach, lead generation, sales pitch, client tracking, etc.
  • Assess prospective customer needs and prepare specifically-tailored sales pitch
  • Conduct market research to analyze competition and current industry trends
  • Nurture existing business relationships and accounts with existing customers, remain proactive in maintaining existing accounts
  • Maintain customer records and accounts using (software)?
  • Travel as needed to maintain retention in sales
  • Document all customer contacts within appropriate database and provide detailed sales forecasts
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

 

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years’ experience in business-to-business sales
  • Self-starter, motivated and driven to succeed
  • Persistent, attitude, unwillingness to give up
  • Excellent networking skills, existing network of potential clients is a plus
  • Polished sales and negotiating skills
  • Sharp research skills, ability to keep up to date with market trends
