Where do you ship to?

We ship only to the United States and are unable to ship to US territories or PO Boxes.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship FedEx Ground from our home base in Massachusetts.  Your estimated shipping time frame will vary depending on where the order is being shipped.

Shipping estimated time frames are not including order processing time.  Our processing times may vary.  Orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.  Lost or stolen packages, as well as packages not delivered in the estimated shipping times once the order has left our facility are not the responsibility of luca + lex.  For questions regarding shipping, please contact the carrier.
